Despite an unpredictable and pessimistic economic and business environment in 2023, ProCommerce Bank successfully managed to produce positive financial results as of the end of June 30st, 2023 and continued to grow its business.

Total assets of the bank grew by 85 % and reached RUB 2 788 million, where total loan portfolio reached RUB 826 million.  Our reserve coverage ratio stood at 11.25 % of all loans, where loans with delayed payments was under 2.35 % of total loans.

Due to new customers attracted during this period our customer balances exceeded RUB 2 100 million, including customer time deposits.

Bank’s operating income reached RUB 193 million, operating expenses stood at RUB 112 million, generating a net operating income of RUB 81 million.  As of the end of June 30st, 2023 Net income after taxes stood at RUB 61 million.

As a result, Bank’s capital/shareholder’s equity reached RUB 510 million.
